Situated at the top of Barwell Avenue, Rocky' Country Music Hall of Fame was officially opened by Slim Dusty during the 1995 SA Country Music Festival and Awards, and stands as a tribute to the late Rocky Page.
A valuable collection of musical instruments and memorabillia awaits visitors historical and country music devotees to browse through, along with a large collection of photos and cartoons depicting many of Australias biggest names of country. The "Big Guitar" and the "Hands of Fame" are a MUST SEE feature, displaying the hand prints of famous International and Australian artists such as Slim Dusty, Smoky Dawson, Reg Lindsay and Buddy Williams, along with over 190 other noted local entertainers.
You need not be a country music fan to enjoy a visit to this interesting museum of music and memorabillia.
This facility is run by a small group of volunteers, opening times are therefore subject to volunteer availablility - please ring in advance to ensure that we will be open. Entry is by the small fee of $2 per person.

RECENT REFURBISHMENT NOW COMPLETE
We were lucky enough to renovate the building and are now back open a couple of days per week. Unfortunity our volunteer resources are very low at the moment and we are looking for help to continue creating the create stories and displays that represent our regions colourful characters and events.
